Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a cloud platform organization responsible for infrastructure, developer experience, DevSecOps, and site reliability engineering. This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, technical strategy, and architectural oversight. The successful candidate will remain actively engaged in design reviews, complex technical decisions, incident response, and selected engineering initiatives while building a high-performing team.

Platform Strategy & Architecture
Define and execute the platform roadmap covering cloud infrastructure, developer experience, automation, and reliability.
Lead architectural direction across cloud services, Kubernetes, networking, identity, and platform capabilities.
Build scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-efficient platforms and reusable engineering patterns.
Partner with engineering, security, networking, and product teams to ensure technical alignment.
