Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for Automobile Service Advisors at Gurudev Motors (Škoda dealers). The role involves greeting customers, understanding their service needs, and creating accurate job cards and service estimates.



Service Advisors will coordinate with the workshop team, monitor service progress, and ensure timely completion and delivery of vehicles. They will communicate repair recommendations clearly, obtain customer approvals, and explain invoices and work performed in a transparent manner. Daily responsibilities also include managing appointments, handling aftersales follow-ups, addressing customer queries or concerns, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality in line with dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
Qualifications

Strong customer-focused service skills, with a commitment to Customer Satisfaction and skilled Customer Service.
Excellent Communication abilities, including listening, explaining technical issues in simple terms, and maintaining clear documentation.
