Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Head – Fasteners & Fittings to build and own the Fasteners & Fittings business from the ground up.





This is not a conventional Business Development role. The successful candidate will operate as an internal entrepreneur, taking ownership of business growth, customer acquisition, pricing, sourcing, margins, and profitability.

The candidate will be responsible for developing domestic and export markets, building customer relationships, managing RFQs and quotations, developing pricing strategies, and creating scalable processes for the business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Build-Out & P&L; Ownership

* Build the Fasteners & Fittings business from the ground up.
* Develop the business strategy, market roadmap, and growth plan.
* Own revenue, margins, profitability, and overall business performance.
* Identify and prioritize target markets, customers, products, and applications.
* Build a strong customer pipeline and convert opportunities into profitable business.
