About The Role

We are looking for a seasoned Banking & Treasury professional with 15+ years of experience to manage end-to-end treasury operations, banking relationships, foreign exchange risk, trade finance, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strategic oversight of working capital, funding, liquidity management, and financial risk mitigation while ensuring adherence to FEMA, RBI, and banking regulations.

In addition to managing the treasury and banking functions for the company, the incumbent will also oversee the banking and treasury operations of subsidiaries based in India and Vietnam.

Salary Budget CTC: ₹22.0 LPA (Including Perks and Incentive)

Key Responsibilities

Treasury Operations & Cash Management
Monitor inward remittances and ensure timely reconciliation.
Oversee working capital limits, including Buyer’s Credit utilization and compliance with sanction terms.
Track and analyze weekly collection trends and liquidity positions.
Ensure effective cash flow planning and optimum fund allocation.
Drive effective working capital and liquidity management initiatives.
Trade Finance, Export & Import Operations
Supervise export and import documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Monitor timely closure of shipping bills in IDPMS and EDPMS.
Facilitate and track Export Packing Credit (EPC) availment and utilization.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and banks for smooth trade finance operations.
Banking Relationship Management
Act as the primary liaison with banks and financial institutions.
