Role Description:

The Co-Investment Partner (Agri-Infra, Agri-Drones, Agri-Farms, Agri-Warehouse, etc.) will collaborate with AgroNest to identify, evaluate, and structure investment opportunities across agri-infrastructure and agri-tech projects.



Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing potential ventures, conducting financial and technical due diligence, assessing risk-return profiles, and co-developing investment strategies aligned with AgroNest’s sustainability and innovation objectives. The partner will work closely with AgroNest’s leadership team to design funding structures, negotiate terms, and monitor portfolio performance, ensuring value creation and long-term impact. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with a combination of in office engagement with stakeholders and investors and some work-from-home flexibility for research, analysis, and virtual collaboration.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate agri-infra and agri-tech opportunities, assess risks, and support data-driven investment decisions.
