At Ireka Homes, we build thoughtful home and kitchen products, handcrafted by artisans in Moradabad. But beyond products, we're building a brand that celebrates craft, design, and everyday living.

We're now looking for a Performance Marketer to take real ownership of how we grow, someone who can turn spend into signal, creatives into conversions, and experiments into a playbook we can scale. You'll work closely with the founders and Growth team, and you'll have room to actually run with things.

What you'll be doing
?Own Paid Growth
Plan, run, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, and Jio Ads. You'll own budgets, CAC, ROAS,



and the calls that come with them.

? Creative & Messaging Testing
Work hand-in-hand with creators and design to test hooks, angles, and formats, and figure out what actually moves the needle for a D2C brand like ours.
? Measure What Matters
Set up clean tracking and attribution, read the numbers honestly, and tell us what's working, what's not, and what we should double down on.
? Build the Growth Engine
We try a lot of things. Some work, some don't. You'll help us test quick, learn faster, and turn the wins into something repeatable.
