Role Description The Manager – Events Sales & Partnerships is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for driving event-related revenue through sponsorships, partnerships, and delegate sales for DataLEADS conferences, workshops, and private events. The manager will plan and oversee end-to-end event execution, including conceptualizing event formats, coordinating logistics,



and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and engaging potential partners, preparing proposals and pitch decks, managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The role also involves tracking event performance, generating reports, and identifying new opportunities to expand the events portfolio and strengthen the organization’s market presence.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Event Planning and Event Management, including end-to-end coordination of conferences, workshops, and private events.
Strong Sales skills with experience in sponsorship acquisition, partnership development, and revenue generation for events.
Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present, negotiate, and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to manage private and corporate events, tailoring experiences to
