We are looking for an experienced Supervisor – Supply Chain Operations (Pharma Vertical in 3PL logistics ) with 10–15 years of experience in supply chain and logistics operations in India, with solid expertise in 3PL, contract logistics and customer-centric supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing complex supply chain operations for Pharma and/or MedTech customers, with a strong understanding of the specific quality, compliance, service and operational requirements associated with these industries.

The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, driving operational excellence, improving productivity and service levels, ensuring compliance, managing customer relationships, and delivering sustainable cost and profitability improvements.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Supply Chain Operations
Lead and manage day-to-day 3PL / contract logistics operations across assigned customer accounts or locations.
Ensure smooth and efficient execution of warehousing, inventory, order fulfillment,



distribution and transportation activities.
Translate customer requirements and contractual commitments into effective operational plans.
Ensure achievement of agreed SLAs, KPIs, service levels and operational targets.
Monitor operational performance and take timely corrective actions for gaps and deviations.
Manage operational capacity in line with business volumes, seasonality and customer growth.
Ensure business continuity and effective contingency planning.
Pharma & MedTech Supply Chain Operations
Manage supply chain operations for Pharma and MedTech customers, ensuring adherence to customer-specific requirements and applicable quality standards.
Develop a strong understanding of Pharma/MedTech supply chain requirements related to product handling, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, distribution and traceability.
