Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and execution-focused Sr. Executive - BTL & Brand Activation to drive on-ground brand visibility, retail branding, and activation initiatives across key markets. The role will be responsible for planning and executing impactful BTL campaigns, identifying branding opportunities, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners, and ensuring consistent brand presence at retail touchpoints. The ideal candidate should have strong project management abilities, excellent coordination skills, and a passion for creating engaging consumer experiences through innovative activation programs.

What You'll Do

Execute BTL campaigns, retail activations, and brand visibility initiatives
Identify branding opportunities through regular market visits and recce activities
Coordinate with Sales teams, agencies, and vendors for seamless execution
Manage POSM, in-store branding, and retail communication assets
Conduct market audits and recommend visibility improvements
Drive campaign execution from planning to implementation and reporting
Generate activation ideas based on consumer and market insights

What We're Looking For

2-5 years of experience in BTL, Brand Activation, Trade Marketing, or Retail Branding
Strong execution and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with vendors, agencies, and sales teams
Willingness to travel for market visits and activations
Exposure to retail, consume
