Join Worth Minds and take ownership of its Laravel editorial platform and INOBAL’s PHP website through their admin panels, alongside social media content creation and publishing, our email infrastructure and everyday office IT. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems and following them through to completion.

ABOUT WORTH MINDS
Worth Minds is INOBAL’s editorial platform. Based in Ahmedabad, this role supports the platform’s publishing operations, email infrastructure and everyday IT, alongside INOBAL and client website projects. INOBAL works with founders, executives and organisations across the US, UK, Europe, Africa and India.

WEBSITE & ADMIN PANEL MANAGEMENT
• Manage the admin panels of INOBAL (PHP) and Worth Minds (Laravel), including content, categories, menus, profiles and user permissions.




• Build and publish pages, landing pages, articles, images, videos and features using available admin tools; check structure, styling, links and mobile display.
• Coordinate with marketing and editorial teams on updates, and with developers on code changes, new features and complex issues.
• Monitor uptime, page speed, Core Web Vitals and errors; maintain backups, SSL renewals, malware checks and website security.
• Manage hosting panels, domains, subdomains, DNS and staging environments.
• Maintain on-page SEO, including titles, descriptions, alt text, URLs, sitemaps and schema where supported.
• Maintain forms, popups, chat widgets and lead capture flows; manage Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager and tracking pixels.
• Support client website builds, redesigns, migrations and maintenance; share reports on traffic, speed, errors and uptime.
