Job Description — Guest Relations Executive (GRE), Sales Office

Location: Sales Office, Mumbai
Reports to: Site Head/ Head of Sales

About the Role
Rubics Realty is looking for a Guest Relations Executive to be the first point of contact at our sales office, ensuring every client interaction reflects the standard of the Rubics brand. The GRE will manage front-office operations, client coordination,



and CRM tracking to support a smooth, high-touch sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and manage client walk-ins and scheduled site visits, ensuring a polished, professional first impression
Log and update client visits, follow-ups, and interactions on the CRM software using a laptop/iPad
Coordinate the rotation and scheduling of sales executives for client meetings and site visits
Liaise with vendors for sales-office requirements (hospitality, stationery, maintenance, display materials, etc.) and manage vendor relationships
Maintain visitor records, feedback logs, and daily MIS reports for the sales team
Support the sales team with documentation, follow-up calls, and appointment scheduling
Ensure the sales office/lounge is client-ready at all times

Requirements

Prior experience in real estate (sales office / CRM / guest relations) preferred
Solid interpersonal and client-handling skills; polishe
