Role Description The Growth Marketing and Business Development Executive role is a full time remote position focused on driving customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and market expansion for D4-XAI’s Industry 5.0 solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing growth marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, and creating compelling messaging tailored to manufacturing and industrial decision-makers. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective customers,



nurturing leads, and supporting the sales cycle through outreach, demos coordination, and proposal support. The executive will collaborate closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to refine go-to-market strategies, analyze performance metrics, and optimize demand generation efforts. Additional activities include competitive research, participation in virtual events or webinars, and contributing to content that educates the market on AI-driven manufacturing and supply chain transformation.
