Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Office Administration Support role based in Pune City, with a compensation of up to 4 LPA. The role involves managing daily office administration tasks such as handling documentation, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and supporting basic accounting and billing activities. The Office Administration Support professional will assist in responding to client and internal inquiries, routing phone calls and emails,



and ensuring a welcoming office environment for visitors. The role requires close coordination with sales and operations teams to update databases, prepare reports, and support smooth transaction processing. The position also includes general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and helping maintain office supplies and inventory.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and internal teams.
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks, including documentation, record-keeping, and scheduling.
Basic Accounting skills to assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and coordination with finance teams.
Comfort with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data entry in CRM or related systems.
