We are looking for a passionate Home Furnishing Consultant who is enthusiastic about home furnishing, retail, and interior design. You thrive in a quick-paced environment and are motivated by improving people’s lives at home through creative and functional furnishing solutions. You enjoy working in a team, generating innovative ideas,



and engaging with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
You have:
• A strong understanding of home furnishing trends, interior design, and the IKEA way of presenting products.
• Broad knowledge of IKEA’s product range, store communication, and mechanical sales system.
• Experience in identifying opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and add-ons.
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs, and create tailored furnishing solutions.
• Proficiency in design-related software such as AutoCAD.
• An education or background in interior design.
• A hands-on approach to tasks with keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team.
