Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Multicuisine Sous Chef role based in Gurugram. The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation across multiple cuisines such as Indian, Continental, Asian, and other international styles. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, coordinating station activities,



ensuring adherence to recipes and portion standards, and maintaining quality, taste, and visual appeal of dishes. The role involves monitoring inventory, assisting with menu planning, overseeing food safety and hygiene practices, and helping train and mentor junior team members. The Multicuisine Sous Chef will collaborate with the culinary and service teams to deliver consistent guest experiences, manage peak service periods, and contribute to continuous improvement of kitchen efficiency and menu offerings.
Qualifications
