As we continue to scale, we are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition / Headhunter Specialist who can take ownership of hiring requirements and build a strong talent pipeline across technical and non-technical functions.

Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition / Headhunter Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment while working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders. The role requires strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to identify and close high-quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to offer closure and joining.
Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders/Clients to understand role requirements, team structure, skill expectations, and hiring priorities.




Manage stakeholder relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring regular updates, timely feedback, and effective closure of requirements.
Drive proactive headhunting and talent sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, databases, and other relevant channels.
Identify and engage passive candidates through targeted searches, talent mapping, and market research.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant and quality candidates for current and future requirements.
Use effective sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and advanced candidate search methods, to identify niche talent.
Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical/functional relevance, communication, career expectations, compensation, notice period, and overall fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and stakeholders and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
