We're a new aesthetic clinic built on a simple idea: most people spend years guessing at their skin, and we don't. Every client starts with a 360° scan of skin, hair and body, and their plan is built from what we find — not from a menu.

This role owns the client's entire experience of us. You're the first voice they hear and the person who makes the clinic feel like somewhere they want to return to.

What you'll do
Take every inbound enquiry from our ads and referrals, and turn interest into booked appointments. Own the follow-up so nobody falls through — the client who said "let me think about it" is your responsibility, not a lost cause.
Run the in-clinic experience end to end: how people are received, how they're guided through the scan, how they feel walking out. Plan and run our in-clinic and offline events, from guest list to vendors to the day itself.
Keep the numbers honest. You'll track how many enquiries convert, how quickly we respond, and where we're losing people — and tell us what needs to change.
