OTT Influence is looking for an experienced and driven Influencer Marketing Head to lead our influencer marketing initiatives from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive influencer partnerships, outreach, and business development initiatives
* Identify and build relationships with creators, industry experts, and strategic partners
* Manage end-to-end campaign operations, timelines, deliverables, and coordination
* Research markets, competitors, trends, and current partnership opportunities




* Develop innovative creator campaigns aligned with business and growth goals
* Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams for seamless execution
* Attend industry events to build networks and generate business opportunities
* Oversee operations and Business development team.

* Strong understanding of influencer marketing, partnerships, and social media
* Experience in outreach, BD, relationship management, and campaign execution
* Strong project management, communication, negotiation, and networking skills
* Commercially driven, proactive, and highly organized
