B. Job Profile / Duties and Responsibilities:

KPI’s

· Review daily bank statements and remittance information received from customers.
· Apply customer payments to the correct invoices in the ERP system.
· Assist in identifying and resolving unapplied or unidentified cash receipts.
· Follow up with internal teams for missing payment information.




· Maintain accurate records of payment transactions.
· Support customer account reconciliations and payment investigations.
· Prepare basic reports related to cash application activities.
· Assist with month-end activities and documentation.
· Adhere to company policies, internal controls, and process guidelines.
· Participate in training and process improvement initiatives.

Other Responsibilities

Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time by management.

C. Person Profile:

Required qualification

· Bachelor's degree in any field.
· Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
· Basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferred.
