About the Role
Ikshaa Association is looking for creative, enthusiastic and socially responsible volunteers who are passionate about Indian cultural arts and working with children.

As a Cultural Arts Volunteer, you will help conduct interactive workshops in schools and community settings, introducing children to traditional, folk and creative art forms while encouraging their creativity and connection with Indian culture.

? Key Responsibilities
Conduct cultural art workshops for school children.

Teach basic techniques of traditional, folk and creative arts.

Plan easy and engaging art activities according to the children's age group.

Encourage creativity, self-expression and participation.

Assist in organizing cultural art events and workshops.

Create a positive, friendly and inclusive learning environment.

Coordinate with school teachers and the Ikshaa Association team.





Support basic documentation of workshops through photographs, videos or activity reports when required.
