Role Description:
We’re looking for a hands-on Production Executive to manage end-to-end production & packing operations in shifts. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining quality, and driving efficiency on the shop floor.

Experience: 3–7 years in food manufacturing/production

Qualification: Diploma / Graduate / Postgraduate in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering or relevant discipline

Preferred experience:
• Fried snacks / Namkeen / Traditional Indian snacks
• Bakery / Biscuits / Cookies / Sweets / RTE foods
• Hands-on shift production & manpower management

Key Responsibilities:




• Manage end-to-end shift production and achieve production targets
• Supervise manpower and production-floor operations
• Ensure consistency in product quality, weight, size, texture and frying
• Monitor process parameters, yield, wastage and productivity
• Troubleshoot production and quality issues
• Ensure GMP, hygiene, food safety and SOP compliance
• Maintain production records and coordinate with QA, Maintenance & Stores
• Drive process improvement and reduce wastage

Ideal Candidate:
A hands-on production professional who understands food processing, frying operations, process control and shop-floor management.
Candidates from Engineering/other graduate backgrounds with relevant food-production experience are also welcome.
