Roles & Responsibilities
Sourcing, planning, scheduling, crew coordination, and overall crew management.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract quality talent.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Key Requirements
Must have experience working in the Shipping industry.
Strong experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
Expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels, including:

Headhunting
Employee References
Other sourcing platforms
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to identify, attract, and engage suitable candidates for various positions.
