Scrum Master
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in Managing at least 5 Data/BI Projects as Technical Project Manager using Agile Scrum methodology.
- Hands on experience working in Azure Data Modelling, Data Quality and Data Governance projects
- Experience in the use of Azure DevOps Boards, Azure Test Plans, Jira, Confluence and equivalent tool set
- Having DWH background and experience in cloud data platform modernization projects preferably Azure data platform
- Responsible for design, project estimates, timelines, team management of typical Data Quality and Data Governance projects




- Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress
- Responsible for monitoring the scrum processes and scrum meetings. Increases team efficiency, motivates team, spins, argues for changes that will ensure quality and timeliness and importantly, ensures the DoD (Definition of done) is being followed.
- Valuable skills and knowledge of leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and daily Scrum Calls
- Maintain product backlog
- Interface with Business and IT users and executives, to communicate project plan, deliverable status, set and manage expectations
- Responsible for end to end delivery of the product in scrum model from requirement elaboration onwards
