About The Job:
- We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Finance Functional Consultant with expertise in both Oracle EBS (R12) and Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials,
specifically focusing on the Accounts Receivable (AR) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- The ideal candidate should have a solid background in application support, experience working in highly customized environments, and a continuous learning mindset to adapt to new custom functionalities and business processes.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide functional support for Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Financial modules, especially in AR / O2C domains.
- Work on incident management, service requests, and problem resolution in a support environment.
- Analyse and troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis (RCA) and permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with technical teams for code analysis, data fix coordination, and patch deployment.
- Manage configuration changes, setups, and user support requests.
