Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with ITSM, strong scripting skills, and expertise in integrations, workflows, and platform customization. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications with a focus on ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change,



Request, Knowledge).

Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, and ACLs.

Build and enhance Service Catalog items, workflows, and Flow Designer solutions.

Implement and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

Configure and optimize CMDB, Discovery, and data relationships following best practices.

Perform upgrades, patching, and version migrations with minimal business impact.

Troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide root cause analysis.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.

Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
