Detailed job description - Skill Set:

Job Location: Offshore (Preferably Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad)

Job Description:
- Development and configuration of Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Design & Implement the CMDB Data Model based on the requirements.
- Implement the Data Load into ServiceNow CMDB using various integration methodologies like - IntegrationHub ETL, Data Sources, Kafka, API.
- Configure the CMDB Health Dashboard to maintain the CI's health. Configure Key CI Health Rules – Completeness, Compliance & Correctness.
- Design & Implement CSDM framework to facilitate service modelling associated with the CIs.
- Develop and configure workflows, forms, scripts, and underlying logic using Scrum / Agile methodologies as needed.




- Design technical solutions to address complex requirements, evaluate alternate solutions, identify the best option, and implement the solution.
- Collaborate with a global team to scope and design solutions for documented business and technical needs, with an emphasis on / preference for minimizing customization.

Mandatory Skills
