Job Description:

• QA Strategy & Architecture Ownership – Define and drive the end-to-end QA strategy across UI and API layers, explicitly incorporating Selenium (UI automation) and Rest Assured (API automation) into a scalable test framework aligned to microservices and event-driven architecture.

• Automation Framework Leadership – Establish, Standardize, and evolve automation frameworks and test suites (UI + API), ensuring high coverage across regression, integration, and system testing for interconnected services and messaging flows.

• Cross-Track Coordination & Integration Testing – Lead QA across multiple delivery tracks, ensuring coordinated test planning, shared workplace usage,



and early identification of cross-system defects and integration risks.

• Test Planning & Quality Governance – Oversee test planning, test case design, and execution governance, with clear quality metrics, defect management, and traceability from requirements through to release readiness.

• Stakeholder & Delivery Alignment – Partner with engineering, architecture, and business teams to align QA strategy with delivery priorities, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines and release cycles.
