About The Job:
- We are seeking a 2-5 years experienced Microsoft Dynamics Consultant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Dynamics Service Hub, Sales Hub, and Power Apps. A background in the BFSI company is highly preferred.
Essential Job Functions:
- Configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Service Hub & Sales Hub
- Develop custom workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements.
- Develop plugins, forms, views & business rules, PCF controls & security roles
- Work on ribbon workbench, Azure portal, Power automate & Power apps
- Ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using Rest Api’s.
- Deploy & manage solutions across environment (Development, UAT & Production)
- Troubleshoot production issues & provide timely resolution
Qualifications:
- Total experience of 2-5 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA/ BCA /B.Sc. IT from reputed college
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications highly preferred
- Experience in the BFSI domain is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with data security and compliance, especially within the BFSI sector
