To carry out routine packing activities i.e. Primary packing area, secondary packing area and
general packing area as per SOP.
· Operates packing equipment such as: Blister packing machine, labeling machine etc.
·
· Monitoring of environmental conditions during process in packing area.
· Immediately report to superior of any breakdown, deviation or any other nonconformance.
· Operation and cleaning of equipments and machines i.e. primary packing area and general
packing area as per SOP.
· Responsible to carry out all activities in packing area with GMP and company setting,
health and safety policies.
· Ensure proper maintenance of equipments /machines & its change parts.
· Co-ordination with Engineering Department for preventive maintenance of equipment and
instrument as per schedule.
· Control on destruction / disposal of rejects & waste generated during processing.
· Ensuring proper segregation / identification and labelling of batches.
· To maintain cleanliness of packaging areas, passages, equipments, instruments, & ancillary
equipments.




· Undertaking any other duties, either for this department or any other section within the business,
which may be requested by the reporting authority for which training and/or an explanation has
been provided and understood.
