Essential Job Functions:

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end business requirements gathering for Coupa P2P across AMER and EMEA.
- Facilitate workshops to capture current-state and future-state P2P processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Support the design and validation of Coupa-SAP S/4HANA integrations using SAP SDIS and MuleSoft.
- Collaborate with SAP, Coupa, and integration teams to ensure alignment with standard P2P best practices.
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Ensure consistent application of global P2P standards while accommodating regional and company-code-specific needs.




- Produce and maintain process documentation, business rules, and solution design artefacts.
- Support change management activities including training inputs and business readiness.
- Work closely with the IT Project Manager to track progress, risks, and dependencies in Planview.

Key deliverables include:
- Business requirements and functional design documents
- End-to-end P2P process flows and data mappings
- Integration requirements and validation support
- Test scenarios, UAT support, and sign-off documentation
- Business-ready solution aligned to PMF governance

Qualifications:

Required:
- Solid experience as a SAP Business Analyst on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Coupa P2P implementations.
- Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA P2P processes (Requisition to Pay, Vendor Master, Invoicing, Payments).
- Experience working with system integrations, ideally SAP SDIS and/or MuleSoft.
