- Understand customer requirements and challenges and recommend suitable and optimal technology solutions.
- Develop POCs and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to demonstrate capabilities of Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents), Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Develop conversational assistants and Generative AI solutions from scratch and enhance existing solutions.
- Create bots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, leveraging natural language to generate topics, trigger phrases, and responses.
- Develop Copilot plugins and connectors for Copilot extensibility.
- Automate business processes by developing and delivering Power Platform-based solutions.

Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of overall IT experience.
- Hands-on development experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies such as:
- Azure
- Power Platform
- Dynamics 365
- Microsoft 365
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, etc.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and frameworks, including:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- OpenAI




- Ability to work in a collaborative and agile environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Robust Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents experience, including creating and managing:
- Bots
- Topics
- Actions
- Variables
- Plugins
- Analytics
- Chat models
- Natural-language generation
- Custom AI solutions for Microsoft Copilot applications
- Experience integrating Power Platform with other systems using Azure Integration Services or API Management platforms.
- Experience with other conversational AI platforms; Microsoft Bot Framework experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge/experience in:
- Azure AI Foundry
- Prompt Engineering
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Multi-Agent Architecture
- MCP Server
- Semantic Kernel
- Knowledge of ALM, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Automation.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft AI, Power Platform, Azure, and/or Dynamics 365.
