Role
We’re looking for a senior residential real estate leader to drive business growth across the residential and premium residential segment. The role involves working closely with senior leadership on key business priorities and growth opportunities.
What You’ll Drive:
• Build and manage HNI/UHNI client relationships
• Drive premium residentialsales, leasing & mandates
• Developdeveloper and channel-partner networks
• Ownbusiness development, revenue & high-value closures




• Guide and enable teams to drive pipeline and conversions
• Build strategic market relationships and new business opportunities
• Represent the organization insenior client & industry engagements
• Lead property acquisition, mandate sourcing, client engagement, and transaction closures.
Who We’re Looking For:
• 8 to 15 years in residential/ premium residential real estate / luxury sales / advisory
• AGM / GM / Regional Head / Business Head or equivalent
• Strong HNI/UHNI and developer network
• Proven revenue and transaction track record
• Strong team leadership, negotiation & stakeholder-management skills
• Deep understanding of theDelhi NCR and Gurugram residential market
Additional Information:
• This is 5 days work from office role
• Interview process: 2 to 3 Rounds (Final round will be F2F)
