About The Client:

Client is a financial and risk advisory firm established in 1932 and based in New York City.

Essential Job Functions:
- Support to design, develop and execute media advocacy and thought leadership projects by identifying topics and developing content on key focus areas for leadership team members
- Partner with leaders to craft engaging and visually empowering presentations tailored to convey the right message to the audience—for impactful storytelling and simplifying complex business data. An in-depth knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint is a must-have.
- Contribute to media monitoring efforts for Kroll, support in researching media opportunities and creating comprehensive dashboards
- Support in proof reading and content creation for short and long-form content such as newsletters, press releases, leadership emails, customer communication, case studies, white paper, email blasts and marketing material
- Leverage cutting-edge digital tools (like Poppulo and Cision) to deliver engaging and impactful corporate messages




- Collaborate with stakeholders to enforce the Kroll communication guidelines to ensure consistency and excellence across articles, reports, marketing material and internal documents.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication or a related field.
- Prior experience as copy editor, with a focus on proofreading and business writing
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to learn the firm’s business
- Familiarity with AP style or similar style guides
- Robust Microsoft Office skills: PowerPoint, Excel
- Knowledge of Poppulo, Cision and SharePoint required
- Experience with productivity software, including monday.com is a plus
- A team player capable of collaborating across a global organization
