About the Role
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 6–10 years of experience and strong exposure to quantitative finance and capital markets technology. Banking and capital markets experience is essential — with preference for trading markets technology background. You will design, build, and operate CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks underpinning quantitative research, pricing, risk, and trading platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for quantitative finance applications — pricing engines, risk systems, quant model deployments, and market data platforms.
- Architect and manage AWS cloud infrastructure for quant workloads — EKS, HPC services, Terraform IaC, and cost optimisation.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters — EKS administration, Helm, GitOps, RBAC, and performance tuning for latency-sensitive financial workloads.
- Implement observability — Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog — monitoring pricing engine performance, risk SLAs, and market data feed health.
- Support quant technology infrastructure — pricing engines,



backtesting frameworks, and market data integrations (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE).
- Lead incident response — coordinating rapid resolution of quant platform outages with minimal business impact.

What We're Looking For
- 6–10 years of DevOps / Platform Engineering with proven capital markets or quantitative finance technology exposure.
- Banking and capital markets experience — essential. Trading markets experience — preferred.
- Strong AWS expertise.
- Robust CI/CD skills — GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Deep Kubernetes skills — EKS, Helm, GitOps, and RBAC.
- Solid Terraform expertise — modular IaC design and remote state management.
- Python and Shell scripting for infrastructure automation.
- Good understanding of quant finance technology — pricing engines, risk systems, and market data platforms.
