About The Job:
- We are seeking an experienced and results driven Data Analyst to lead enterprise-level analytics and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in data visualization, reporting platforms, analytics transformation, and stakeholder engagement.
- The role requires deep technical proficiency in MicroStrategy, PowerBI and similar BI and analytics tools, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making.

Essential Job Functions:
- Serve as the primary focal for enterprise analytics and business intelligence solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, operations, compliance, risk,



and IT teams to understand reporting and analytical needs.
- Deliver scalable and high-performance BI solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop and support reports, dashboards, and BI solutions using MicroStrategy and similar reporting BI tools.
- Perform data extraction, validation, reconciliation, profiling, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs.
- Lead data analysis, data modeling, and reporting optimization initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and compliance across reporting platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to analytics and reporting teams.
- Support modernization and automation initiatives within the analytics ecosystem.
- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex reporting or visualization issues.
