Job Description:

• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering / QA, preferably with significant Salesforce project experience.

• Strong hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications and implementations.

• Positive understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, relationships, security model, profiles/permission sets, workflows, flows, validation rules, and automation.

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and custom Salesforce functionality.

• Strong experience in functional, system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

• Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent.





• Experience with test automation frameworks/tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.

• Good understanding of SQL and ability to perform database/data validation.

• Experience testing integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams.

• Strong defect management and test management experience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
