Essential Job Functions:
- Drive finance transformation initiatives aligned to Quantum priorities, TOM changes, and business objectives
- Support redesign of finance roles, accountability, decision rights, and organization structure as part of spans & layers transformation
- Improve finance processes, governance, controls, and reporting effectiveness
- Identify finance impacts, risks, dependencies, and capability gaps arising from transformation changes
- Partner with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and business continuity
- Track milestones, issue resolution, and readiness for finance-related transformation delivery
- Support adoption of efficient, outcome-driven ways of working within finance
