Responsibilities:
- Educate, train, and provide support for the development and execution of consistent safety and environmental management programs.
- Assist in EHS facility-wide communication including shift start, safety topics, and activities.
- Manage and motivate staff, ensuring compliance with rules related to HSE, food hygiene safety, HACCP, etc.
- Implement environmental pollution activities as per the Factories Act 1948.
- Conduct activities related to radioactive materials and radiation safety.
- Improve quality of safety and environmental management processes following regulations and standards.
- Prepare and deliver EHS training programs for workmen, supervisors, and engineers.
- Monitor and schedule equipment and instruments to ensure smooth plant function.
- Participate in Hazard identification and elimination programs.
- Enforce policies to establish a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Safety, Biology, or a related field.
- Certified in hazardous materials management and safety.




- Experience working with audits and relevant EHS skills.
- Knowledge of waste disposal, FIRE MPCB rules, and health safety guidelines.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements such as the Factories Act 1948.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement necessary controls.
- Excellent communication and training skills for health and safety matters.
- Proficiency in preparing SOPs and ensuring compliance with legal guidelines.
- Familiarity with health safety guidelines and security standards.
- Membership in relevant safety associations and certifications like NEBOSH.
