Essential Job Functions:
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios for ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements.
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and stability.
- Validate ServiceNow workflows, forms, catalog items, integrations,
and configuration changes against business requirements.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects, working closely with development and support teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain test documentation, test evidence, and quality metrics while supporting release validation and change implementation activities.
