We are seeking a ServiceNow Employee Center Pro Specialist to design, implement, and optimize the Employee Center Pro portal within the ServiceNow platform. This role will focus on enhancing the employee experience by integrating services across HR, IT, and other business units into a unified, user-friendly portal.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration:
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow Employee Center Pro portal to align with business needs.
- Develop and enhance workflows, widgets, and UI components for a seamless user experience.
- Ensure integration with HR, ITSM, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules.
User Experience & Design:
- Optimize the portal's interface for usability and accessibility.
- Enhance self-service capabilities by implementing knowledge bases, service catalogs, and AI-driven virtual agents.
Integration & Automation:
- Connect Employee Center Pro with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Automate request fulfillment, approvals, and case management processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Support:
- Work with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to users and administrators.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to enhance the platform.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and governance frameworks.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow, including at least 1-2 years working with Employee Center Pro.
