Essential Job Functions:
- Should possesses skills in SAP FI / RE-FX – Lease In and Lease Out, Sales Based Rent, IFRS16
- Involved in the business requirements gathering exercise.




- Customer Interaction along with Customer internal and external Business /functional team.
- Preparation of Business process documents, Key data structures, Functional specifications, User manuals & training documents.
- System design, build & configuration.
- Application development of Real Estate Lease in contract with (IFRS16, HGB, Local GAAP) valuation principles.
- Performing UT, SIT , UAT & migration activities

Qualifications:
- Relevant years of Experience 7 to 8

Mandatory Skills
- Should possesses skills in SAP FI / RE-FX – Lease In and Lease Out, Sales Based Rent, IFRS16
- Involved in the business requirements gathering exercise.
