Role Purpose

Lead the end-to-end development, sourcing, commercialization, and lifecycle management of vehicle accessories to enhance customer experience, generate accessory revenue, and support the overall aftersales business strategy for JSW Motors.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Accessories Development

* Develop and execute the accessories roadmap aligned with vehicle programs and customer requirements.
* Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor accessory offerings.
* Conceptualize, evaluate, and launch genuine accessories across vehicle segments.
* Work closely with Product Planning, Design, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Sales teams for accessory development.

Supplier & Vendor Management

* Identify, evaluate, and onboard accessory suppliers and technology partners.
* Negotiate pricing, tooling, development costs, and commercial agreements.
* Monitor supplier performance on quality, delivery, cost, and service metrics.
* Drive supplier development and localization initiatives.

Project Management





* Manage end-to-end accessory development from concept to market launch.
* Ensure timely completion of design validation, testing, homologation, and approvals.
* Track project timelines, budgets, and risks.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure launch readiness.

Quality & Compliance

* Ensure accessories meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
* Support validation, durability testing, and field performance monitoring.
* Drive corrective actions for quality concerns and warranty issues.

Aftersales Business Growth

* Develop accessory packages and revenue enhancement strategies.
* Work with dealer networks to improve accessory penetration.
* Monitor accessory sales performance and profitability.
* Support promotional campaigns and seasonal accessory programs.

Market Intelligence

* Benchmark competitor accessories and pricing strategies.
* Gather customer feedback and dealer insights.
