Job Title: Product Development Engineering Manager

Experience: 12 to 18 Years

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days only

Shift: Regular

Work Mode: 3 days a week is Mandatory

Education Qualification: BE/Btech/ME/Mtech/ only from top notch/Good universities only,

Communication should be excellent

Mandatory Skills:
- Product development expertise with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python (Django/Flask) or Java/Node.js
- Minimum 2 end-to-end product development experience in Python (Django/Flask) frameworks
- DevSecOps process understanding
- Experience with EKS, ECS
- Any cloud hands-on experience is mandatory
- Any orchestration tool experience is mandatory
- ITIL certification is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Educational qualifications: BE/BTech/ME/MTech from top-notch universities

Key Responsibilities:

1. 12-15 years of experience as an Engineering Manager in product development

2. Experience in development using Java/Python/Node.js

3. Expertise in creating design architectures,



high-level and low-level designs, frameworks, SDKs, APIs

4. Experience in IT infrastructure domains (IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, IT automations, Cloud automations, etc.) – Optional

5. Exposure to infrastructure tools like ServiceNow, VMWare, Infra Monitoring tools, APM tools, and IAM tools (Optional)

6. Expertise in developing n-tier products using up-to-date frameworks and technologies

7. Experience in applying design and architectural patterns in product development

8. Knowledge of deploying products through Docker containers and cloud container orchestrations (EKS, ECS)

9. Exposure to Windows and Linux OS administration

10. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure landscape, including cloud and on-prem environments

11. Experience in preparing product roadmaps, strategies, and architectural designs

12. Experience in working with stakeholders to turn business requirements into product re
