Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Manage multiple hiring mandates while ensuring timely closures.
- Build and maintain solid talent pipelines through various sourcing channels.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and provide regular hiring updates and market insights.
- Mentor and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals and improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics, prepare hiring reports, and identify process improvement opportunities.




- Collaborate with HR and business teams to support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and hiring standards.
