About The Job:

- Seeking an experienced L2 Application/Production Support Engineer to support business-critical applications, manage production incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure application availability and stability.

Essential Job Functions:




- Provide L2 production/application support and resolve escalated incidents.
- Manage Incident, Problem & Change Management activities.
- Troubleshoot application, database, OS, and cloud-related issues.
- Perform RCA/post-mortems for critical production incidents.
- Monitor application health, logs, alerts, jobs, and performance.
- Coordinate with Development, Infrastructure, Product, and Business teams.
- Support releases and maintain technical/operational documentation.
- Ensure adherence to defined SLAs/OLAs.

Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills
- 4–8 years in Application/Production Support.
- Strong SQL and database troubleshooting – SQL Server/PostgreSQL/Oracle.
- Cloud exposure – AWS preferred; Azure/GCP acceptable.
- Monitoring tools – Splunk, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana or equivalent.
- Windows & Linux troubleshooting.
- Incident, Problem, Change Management and RCA experience.
- Solid communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-manag
