1) (Process Lead)
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in chemical/petroleum engineering or similar
No of years' experience 10+ years as process engineer in Oil & Gas upstream processes.
Having working experience in EPCs and Engineering consultants.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop, configure, and optimize process schemes throughout the facility, considering inputs from clients, products specifications, and cost of solution.
• Monitor and assess the engineering performance, quality and provide feedback for improvement to his/her direct reports.
• Size and define process equipment and utilities for Oil & Gas facilities during proposal and project execution.
• Perform process simulations, process optimization, sizing and selection of equipment, depressurization calculations and flare network studies for Tenders and for awarded projects.

• Size and define process equipment and utilities for Oil & Gas facilities during proposal and project execution.
• Perform process simulations, process optimization, sizing and selection of equipment, depressurization calculations and flare network studies for Tenders and for awarded projects.
• Preparation of various engineering deliverables like PFDs, P&IDs;, process datasheets, equipment specifications, Heat & mass balance, Cause & Effect Diagrams, control philosophy, shutdown philosophy & HAZOP.
