About The Job:
- Responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the Dataiku DSS platform to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance.
- Goals and deliverables
Essential Job Functions:
- Platform Management: Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and monitor Dataiku DSS.
- User & Access Control: Manage users, groups, and permissions to ensure secure access.
- System Stability: Perform backups, disaster recovery planning, and workplace monitoring.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve user tickets within SLA timelines and conduct root cause analysis.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure efficient job scheduling, workflow execution, and resource utilization.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain operational documentation,
enforce governance, and ensure adherence to KPIs/SLAs.
Qualifications:
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Dataiku DSS administration.
- Experience with MS Azure, Linux/Unix systems, and ITSM tools.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL for troubleshooting and automation.
- 6–10+ years of IT experience with enterprise-scale platforms.
