Job Summary:




Intuitive is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to support the training and development of our sales team for the da Vinci Surgical System. This role is critical in ensuring our sales force is equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively communicate the value of our innovative robotic surgical and diagnostic technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Training
- Become a Subject Matter Expert of da Vinci® Surgical System and pre, intra and post procedure management
- Maintain “expert” level certification of da Vinci® Surgical Systems, da Vinci® Instruments and Accessories, and da Vinci® Advanced Technology
- Educate Intuitive Commercial employees to train and support their da Vinci® customers on:
- da Vinci® Instruments and Accessories
- da Vinci® Advanced Technology
- da Vinci® 5, da Vinci® Xi, da Vinci® X Systems
- Educate Intuitive Commercial employees on da Vinci® technical value propositions
- Assess training participants technical com
