Role & Responsibilities:

This position would include the mentioned set of responsibilities but not limited to:
• Oversee Production Centre activities, including management of outgoing staging processes and incoming transaction processing.
• Manage end-to-end card scheme settlement operations, ensuring timely settlement and adherence TAT for rejection reprocessing.
• Ensure timely settlement with card networks.
• Coordinating with Card Schemes, Technology, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders for issue resolution and process improvements.
• Strengthening operational controls and ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and scheme operating regulations.
• Driving automation initiatives and process optimization to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
Applicants should possess the following attributes:
• Hands-on technical expertise in scheme settlements and transaction processing is a mandatory requirement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Ability to maintain accurate records of all activities in compliance with regulatory requirements, Card Network guidelines, Government of India (GOI) directives and internal compliance standards.
