Job Purpose:

Execution of Recent product Qualification , Tracking / Handling customer line / field issues, coordinating with Plant / Engineering / Customer for resolution Product Application Training to customers & Heat Load Calculation support

Key Responsibilities





Description of duties & activities

New Product Qualification –
- Understanding / Sharing Product technical documentation required by customer
- Discussion of test plan & samples
- Coordinate with sales for samples & delivery
- Coordinate with Customer for sample evaluation / qualification
- Address pilot production & post field testing issues
- Coordination of customer system testing in karad engineering lab

Support To Contractors
- Get inputs from Sales / Customer for heat load calculations
- Calculate the heat load based on input received on application & share report
- Selection of system components like condensing unit / expansion valve etc
- Post Sales support customer for installation / commissioning
- Technical Training To Customers
